My prayer is that you seek God’s wisdom and understanding. That you read and listen with a humble heart. That you search out and test everything against the Word of God. Up until mid-2020 Andrea was a teacher in the Spiritual Growth Institute at Higher Vision Church in Valencia, CA where she taught classes in Spiritual Formation and Apologetics. As God led her family to Georgia, Etched by Grace became the next path God placed before her to share His Good News. Her passion for teaching and preaching is driven by a desire to help each child of God establish a truly deep and abiding relationship with God, understand who they really are as reborn individuals, empower them to walk it out moment by moment, and foster a hunger for study and outreach to everyone in their sphere of influence. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Discipleship from Messenger College and is an ordained minister through the Pentecostal Church of God. She lives with her family in Dacula, Georgia.
Andrea volunteers in various outreach activities while writing and researching for Etched By Grace. She is blessed and honored to serve as a district council member for the Georgia District of the Pentecostal Church of God. A graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute for Nonprofit Board Leadership she works part-time as a Sponsor Liaison for Mosaic Vision, promoting the sponsorship of AIDS orphans in Uganda, and facilitating communications between the Ugandan staff, the kids and their sponsors. At work she leads as an ambassador of the Christian Life Group Community, contributes to event coordination for the Veterans Connect Community, and serves as a Women in Leadership mentor.
Professionally, Andrea works at Capital Group/American Funds as a Product Manager within the Wealth Management Client Group. Andrea holds certifications as a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and a Retirement Management Advisor®.
Before joining Capital Group, Andrea toured professionally as an Irish dancer and choreographer, appraised real estate and served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Marine Corps working in Cryptology and Electronic Intelligence Analysis. She has also studied physics, linguistics, theatre performance and documentary production.
